Studio Rental Rates
We are pleased to Welcome you!
Day Rate Rental: $1400 for a 10 hour day
The studio rental includes - (6) 6’ Folding Tables, (8) Black Padded Folding Chairs, (3) 32 gallon trash cans, (3) 23 gallon slim recycling can, (1) 6’ ladder, (1) 3-step ladder, Broom/Mop, Small Rolling Kitchen Cart, Larger Rolling Cart, Wardrobe Rack, Steamer, Iron, Ironing Board, (3) room fans. The break-room is also yours to use for laying out breakfast and lunch or a quite place to make calls or log into a Zoom meeting.
If the kitchen is used for prep, cooking or lifestyle shots, there will be a $175 cleaning fee.
We also offer a drinks/snacks option for ease of your clients and crew. $100 for all coffee, sodas, sparkle waters, and bagged snacks.
Prop Room Rental: $350 flat fee for a 3 day week
Surface Rental: $200 per surface for a 3 day week
We also have for rent a grip package, a 10’ Foba Camera Stand, lighting equipment, light stands, and tripod. Please let us know if you are interested in any of these and we can send you our rental list.
