Prop Room Rental

You're going to be happy that you did...

Our colorful and organized prop room is available for rent during any studio rental day. We have dishes, linens, glasses, cutting boards, you name it. Having a huge selection like this available on site saves time trying to source props for an individual shoot, gives your clients tons of options to choose from and opens up the creativity level by allowing you to have it all there at your fingertips. No need to pack up at the end of the day or return items to the store. This prop room is a great asset to any photo shoot! Rental of the prop room is $350 flat fee for up to 3 days, in addition to the studio rental. Surfaces are a separate fee of $200 per surface for up to 3 days. Fine Print

Please make a note...

Studio Rental Fee is for a 10 Hour Day. Call time starts when the doors are unlocked and the first person from the crew takes possession of the studio and ends when the last person has left and the doors are locked.

Overtime - 0-2 Hours billed at 1.5 times the daily studio rate. 2 or more hours are billed at 2 times the daily studio rate.

Cleaning Fee - $250 for any glass, glitter, confetti, sand, etc. that is hard to clean up. If the kitchen is used for food prep/cooking there is a $175 cleaning fee. Please make sure you put everything back as you found it. Leave the studio as though your grandmother was coming to visit!

Weekends - Will be billed at an additional 25% added to the day rate.

Holidays - Will be billed at an additional 50% added to the day rate.

Vendor Pick-Up - We ask that you take everything you brought into the studio with you at the end of the shoot. If need be, items may be left behind for 1 day for vendor pick-up, with a charge of $100 per vendor.

Cancellation Notice

Sometimes things happen...

In the event that the studio rental needs to be cancelled, 48+ hours notice should be given before the booking start time. Otherwise, any cancellation made within 48hours, the renter will be charged the total cost of the rental fees. Bookings on Holidays are final 1 week out, not the standard 48 hour policy.
